Tracking your Cash Back
|
Your browser must allow cookies before you can track your Cash Back. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer that tell CandisCashBack sites and services when you're signed in. To determine if your browser allows cookies see below.
Cookie Test
This first check will test to see if cookies are working on your PC.
OK - Cookie Test is PASSED
X - Cookie Test FAILED
If the test failed then cookies are being blocked by your browser or a firewall.
To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.
Mozilla Firefox
- Go to the Tools menu.
- Select Options.
- Select the Privacy icon in the left panel.
- Check the box corresponding to Allow sites to set cookies.
- Click OK.
Netscape/Mozilla
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click on the arrow next to Privacy & Security in the scrolling window to expand.
- Under Privacy & Security select Cookies.
- Select Enable all cookies.
- Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click the Default button or manually slide the bar down to Medium under Settings.
- Click OK
Norton Test:
Some cookies are bloacked by features within Norton Internet Security, these features may stop you recieving your Cash Back.
In the image bellow you will either see the words 'Banner Test OK', then everything is okay, however
If the image below states 'Banner Test Failed' then software on your computer is blocking your CashBack. To disable these featres blocking your CashBack follow this link.
