How can I ensure I don’t miss a CashBack deal? |

CandisCashBack has created a great piece of software for you to download. This software will ensure that you never ever miss a cashback deal again. What does a coupon or activation code entitle me to? |
 |
When using a coupon or activation code, you will generally find that you are entitled to only half of the available cashback. These values are clearly displayed by each of the featured retailers on the website. |

When I upgrade – what happens? |
 |
When you upgrade, you will find that you will now be eligible to the GOLD cash back available on any new purchases that you make through the CandisCashBack website. GOLD membership is valid for 12 months. This provides you with the maximum amount of Cash Back that we can provide and is normally DOUBLE the amount that Standard membership offers you. This is the most powerful way to use the CandisCashBack service. Please note however that it is not possible to transfer the £10.00 bonus cash back from the Standard membership to the higher level. |

I have made a purchase on-line and this is not showing up on my account. |
 |
Acknowledgment of some transactions may not show up on your account details immediately as some retailers will need their guarantee or returns period to expire.
Whilst many transaction can show on your account within 24hrs, this can mean that your cash-back can take up to 30 days for you to see it displayed.
Your transaction will only show if you have accessed the online shop through the CandisCashBack website, or you have logged on via the "CashBack Catcher" before you made the purchase. Always ensure that you are correctly logged in.
Advert blocking software programs may actually block the tracking codes that CandisCashBack needs to track your purchases. You should click here to check that your information is being tracked correctly.
If you have made a purchase on-line then subsequently called the supplier directly to make an adjustment or change something, this may not always be registered any longer as eligible by the service provider for a cash back credit.
If you have not seen your cash back that you believe that you are entitled to then please send an email to support@candiscashback.co.uk. Please identify when you made the purchase, who it was with, the total amount of the transaction and the cash back you believe that you are entitled to. We in turn will contact the retailer. This can take several days to gain a response.

How long before my transactions become “available” to withdraw? |
 |
Any amount shown as pending in your account will be made available as soon as possible. However, this cannot be shown available until the amount in question has been received from the retailer in question.
This can take up to 60 days, depending at what point during the month the transaction took place. After the initial notification of the transaction, it is customary that the status of each transaction is not identified to us until the end of each month.
It is customary that at least 28 days are elapsed before the transaction becomes authorised as this allows for any items to be returned. For example, a transaction that takes place on the 3rd of July will show as pending until the 3rd of August. Notification of this will not be shown until the end of August and payments from the retailer will not come through until the end of September for transactions that were authorised in August.
Once the amount has been received by CandisCashBack from the retailer, then this will be shown as authorised within your account.

When can I withdraw my Cash Back? |

Your account will display what is available for you to withdraw from your account. Pending amounts are displayed so that you can see what is "in the pipe-line" You will need to have in excess of £30.00 available in your account before you can withdraw your cash back. Your account page has a link for withdrawal.

How do you pay me my Cash Back? |
 |
We will be able to arrange payment to you by sending you a cheque. You can click on the "withdraw cash" at the foot of your account statement. You will then need to verify your account details and then submit the form for processing. There is an administration fee of £3.00 for the processing of this for you and will be deducted from the amount written upon the cheque to you. You should receive your cash back in the post shortly afterwards. |

How do you trace "untracked transactions" and when do I see the amount in my account? |
 |
In the unlikely event that you do not see a transaction appear within your account, then you must advise us within 30 days of when the original purchase was made. By using the appropriate form in the "contact us" section of the website, we will advise the relevant merchant (the company that you purchased from) that the transaction has not been identified to us. They will in turn trace the transaction and advise us of the outcome. This process can take up to 14 days to complete and the outcome is not guaranteed.
In the event that the disputed amount is added “manually” then it is sometimes the case that only half of what was expected may be allocated and this is advised as soon as we are given this information. When the transaction is awarded in full or half, or it has been declined then this information will be advised to you. |

I have cancelled an order and it still shows as cash back in my account. |

Generally speaking the amount that is displayed in your account is shown very shortly after the transaction was made. After the initial notification of the transaction, it is customary that the status of each transaction is not identified to us until the end of each month. This can mean that the transaction may still show as pending within your account for some time afterwards, even if the item that was purchased was cancelled or returned very soon after the original transaction was made. |

I have cancelled an order and re-ordered something else, now two cash back values show? |
 |
The original order will still show as pending in your account for some time. After the initial notification of the transaction, it is customary that the status of each transaction is not identified to us until the end of each month. Depending when the original order was made, this will effect the length of time that this still remains as pending in your account. |

An amount that was showing in my account as pending, now says declined. |
 |
This could be for a number of reasons, but primarily this is because the item was cancelled, returned or a duplicate order was made.
Sometimes, retailers may find that they are out of stock of a particular item that you have ordered and they may not notify you until afterwards. If you then decided to re-order the good directly with the retailer or perhaps change your mind and order something different, this transaction will not be tracked and the original item will eventually show as declined.
You may have incorrectly typed in a credit card number when making a purchase online and the order still goes through. The retailer may notify you of this and consequently you correct the mistake and the order is then re-processed for you. However, this may be treated as a new transaction and may not be tracked by CandisCashBack. This will mean that the original order will be effectively cancelled and now shown as declined within your account.
You may have made an order with a retailer on-line and subsequently realised that you need to alter something or change something. This can mean that the original order is cancelled and unfortunately the new transaction may not be tracked. |

Imagine that you are using a search engine to search the internet for your chosen retailer. You would then look at the retailer’s website and perhaps decide to buy something. This is exactly the same relationship that CandisCashBack offers you; however, we pay you cash back!
CandisCashBack is a fully automated system and rarely comes within the remit of any customer service agent. If you buy anything as result of using CandisCashBack, then this will not affect in any way your relationship with the retailer as you have not actually purchased anything from CandisCashBack, just in the same way that you might use a search engine, we just helped you find the retailer. |
